Refund Policy

We want you to love your new Dayan Designs product! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the receipt of the product as indicated by courier notification. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment less any shipping fees. 

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance items and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, please e-mail us at service@dayandesigns.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damaged Merchandise

We do everything we can to ensure that your Dayan Designs product arrives safely on your doorstep. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us a photo depicting the nature of the damage within 3 days of receiving your merchandise if possible.

* Please remember all items are handmade from natural wood. Therefore, there may be variations or discoloration which are normal part of the wood and what make each board unique. These are not damages.  

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
